Prior to forming EHCRE, he served as Colliers International’s National Chair from 2012 to 2015.

As X Team’s Hawaii affiliate, EHCRE pairs deep local market knowledge with the platform’s national network of retail specialists. The firm’s business plan centers on leveraging mainland tenant relationships to introduce new-to-Hawaii retailers, growing overall tenant demand while respecting the islands’ existing retail leasing ecosystem. EHCRE also plans to position Hawaii as a strategic gateway and test market for select Pacific Rim retailers, and to add agents over the next two years to build out its Hawaii team.
